The Junior Maths Games program is an opportunity for mainstream students and mixed ability classes in Years 5 and 6 to learn valuable problem solving skills, strategies and techniques. It provides mainstream students with an opportunity to learn and develop their maths problem solving skills in a non-competitive environment. The program builds students’ confidence while focusing on the application of specific strategies.
The program comprises four papers, held approximately six weeks apart, on the same dates as the Maths Olympiad contest.
